The subject of the order is "Renovation of the interior of the space called "warm-up" at the Atlas Arena facility in Łódź" at al. Władysława Bandurskiego 7, in the build system based on the provided design documentation constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The task is to purpose: Creation of a new interior design of the space called "Warm-up", which includes rooms intended for athletes and artists performing in events organized in the Atlas Arena building in Łódź.2. The subject of the order includes: in particular: 1) implementation, based on the prepared design documentation, of construction and assembly works; 2) performance of design work in the preparation of workshop and technological projects necessary for the implementation of the investment, and preparation of replacement drawings in relation to the documentation provided by the Ordering Party, including: changing the route of the footbridge in one of the sections and if the Contractor applies for the introduction of alternative solutions; 3) coordinating its works with the works other contractors on the premises of Atlas Arena, 4) carrying out the necessary demolition works specified in the SOPZ, 5) carrying out all necessary acceptance procedures after the completion of the works and works and obtaining the necessary permits, approvals and notifications allowing the Ordering Party to use the facility, including the spaces included in the subject of the order, to prepare as-built documentation in the form and scope consistent with the contract; 6) guarantee and warranty benefits...
