City of Espoo Tilapalvelut-liikelaitos (later the Client) requests bids for the repairs of the interior of the main building of the Pisa residents' park in accordance with the documents attached to the request for bids, brought to full use. Repair work is carried out with total contract form. All works and procurements presented in the request for tender are included in the overall contract. The selected supplier acts as the main contractor in the project and as the main executor in accordance with the Government Decree on the safety of construction work (2009/205). The address of the construction site is the main building of the Pisa residents' park, Vanha Pisantie 16, 02280 Espoo. FAMILIARIZATION VISIT The customer requires the Bidder to familiarize himself with the construction site and the conditions prevailing there before making a binding offer. Obligatory the familiarization visit will be organized from 20.1. to 22.1.2026 between 15:00 and 16:00. The customer rejects the offer if the offerer has not familiarized himself with the object. You must register for the familiarization visit in advance, at the latest before the desired familiarization date on a weekday by 15:00 by email to lars.ahlskog@espoo.fi. If registrations are not received by the deadline, the Subscriber reserves the right to postpone the familiarization visit, which will be announced separately on the Tarjouspalvelu.fi supplier portal. Subscriber will choose one supplier based on the competition. In this call for tenders, supplier refers to the term contractor used in the framework agreement. The preliminary contract period is March 2 - July 31, 2026.
