Tender Details

1) The subject of the order are construction works consisting of new insulation of the ceiling above the technical rooms located under the sidewalk leading to the main entrance to the building. In order to properly perform the work, disassembly is necessary all layers of the pavement and rebuilding them after insulation. The scope of works also includes repair of concrete elements, repair of facades and replacement of ventilation intakes damaged as a result of pouring.2) Construction works will be carried out in an active and used facility. In addition, the Ordering Party informs that teaching classes will be conducted in the building in question during the implementation of construction works, the Contractor is obliged to conduct the works so as not to disturb the teaching process and to achieve building.3) A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works together with appendices (constituting Annex No. 2.1 to the SWZ) and in the bill of quantities (constituting Annex No. 2.2 to the SWZ), which documents together contracts should be considered together. 4) Order completion date: up to 3 months from the date of handing over the construction site. 5) Warranty period...
