Tender Details

1. The subject of the contract is to carry out a comprehensive energy modernization of the Bin Gynecology and Obstetric Clinical Hospital H. Święcicki Medical University of K. Marcinkowski in Poznań at ul. Polna 33. On the basis of a contract for improving energy efficiency (EPC model) (hereinafter also: "Project").

- execution of complete project documentation in order to obtain decisions and permits of the competent authorities to carry out the necessary works and carry out renovation/reconstruction of building B in the scope specified by the Employer (functional and utility program and energy audit),

- Energy management management of building B by implementing an integrated energy control system in order to obtain savings guaranteed in the offer of consumption electricity and thermal energy and the provision of services in the scope of maintaining the rebuilt infrastructure during the period of the EPC agreement,

- ensuring and incurring financial outlays for the needs of the project.

3. The Ordering Party will be obliged to provide access to building B for the needs of the implementation of the project and to pay the contractor of remuneration, the final amount of which will depend on the savings obtained in energy consumption and ensuring a specific standard of accessibility of building B (maintenance of technical efficiency).
