Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the renovation of IT rooms in the building of the District Office in Skierniewice.2. The scope of work includes, among others: main demolition, i.e. removal of old furniture, inactive linear electrical and water and sewage installation elements with accessories, internal doors, dismantling of sanitary facilities and tiles, demolition of floor layers; door replacement; installation of lighting, power sockets and internet sockets; replacement of main floors along with stairs and balustrades; checking and unblocking existing gravity ventilation ducts; repairing, supplementing and leveling plasters; installation of tiling tiles; painting walls; installation of a suspended ceiling. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the design documentation and bill of quantities constituting an annex to the SWZ.3. The order does not include the replacement of radiators and furniture.
