1) The University of the Philippines Baguio (UP Baguio) through the General Appropriations Act (GAA)3 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Four Hundred Ten Pesos and Forty-Four Centavos (Php 2, 320, 410.44) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Renovation of the Human Kinetics Program (HKP) Building with Reference No. UPB-INFRA-2026-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The UP Baguio now invites bids for Renovation of the Human Kinetics Program (HKP) Building.4 Completion of the Works is required ninety (90) calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
