Description of work:
The work consists of demolishing the roof structure of part of the building, finishing the exterior and interior as well as the installation of doors and windows. The current building is a traditional cast-in-place house built in 1980. The concrete load-bearing walls of the building will remain as they are today. Finishing the
interior consists of the installation of interior walls, doors, ceiling coverings, fittings and ventilation along with other house systems, electrical wiring, drinking water pipes and underfloor heating.
