The work includes the renovation and adjustment of the heating installation in the fireplace and various substations of building 20 (monastery). The works must be carried out outside the heating season (summer period 2025). During the works, the SWW installation (indirectlyFeatured boilers) remain in service to the maximum in order to be able to provide the building with sanitary hot water. Interruptions are possible if prior consultation with the client. All activities that are part of the project must be carried out together and at the same time.It is assumed that the tenderers have avoided the existing state on the spot so that they have an accurate picture of the difficulty level and the extent of the works that must be carried out.
