The work will be carried out in occupied housing and must enable the building to be heated before October 1, 2026. The work essential to the distribution of heating in the building must have been executed. Secondary work such as pipe insulation can be carried out following heating in October 2026. The current distribution is single-tube, the degraded state of the installation no longer allows repairs and switching to a two-pipe distribution system would facilitate the work and ensure the comfort of tenants. The general contractor must carry out the sizing work in order to ensure the comfort of the occupants for a regime of heating 70-50°C. Existing radiators and thermostatic valves will preferably be retained. Execution and As-built plans must also be provided during pre-study and at the end of construction. A visit is organized and is obligatory in order to remit price for this market.
