Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the renovation of the gymnasium at the 3rd Secondary School in Kalisz.2. The scope of work includes, among others: 1) preparation of a technical design for ventilation of the gymnasium floor. 2) external works: - demolition of the fascia at the walls, - excavating foundations to a depth of 1.8 m, - cleaning the walls, - making a new external waterproofing, - backfilling the excavations, - making a new wall strip, - making a linear drainage along the wall of the wall from the neighboring property. - installation on wall of the mechanical elevator, ventilation of the floor of the hall. 2) internal works: - dismantling the ladders and equipment in the hall and reassembling it after renovation, - dismantling the floor and cutting off the floor screed; - cutting off the plaster of three external walls to a height of 200 cm, - priming the walls for mineral cement-lime plaster in the place of the chipped plasters, - making new cement-lime plasters in the places of the chipped ones, - making a new waterproofing layer of the floor, - making a floor screed up to 20 mm thick, - laying joists with expansion joints - laying floors with increased durability boards, - laying carpets for sports halls, - flooring...
