Renovation of the Grand Chalon Nautical Space - lots 6 and 7. The overall market is broken down into 18 lots. This advertising notice only concerns lots n°6 and 7 passed according to the procedure adapted in application of articles L2123-1-3° and R.2123-1-2° and the public procurement code. The other lots are the subject of a separate consultation according to the open call for tenders procedure. - candidates can respond to one batch or several batches. - In application of the provisions of article L2112-2 of public procurement code, the execution of the contract includes a mandatory clause of insertion through economic activity - The contract begins from its notification and ends at the end of the guarantee period of perfect completion. The execution time of the contract is 16 months including 2 months of site preparation period. - Variations are allowed. The terms of their presentation are indicated in the consultation documents. - Lots n°6 and 7 do not include any additional service possible. - A guarantee retention of 5% will be applied to the sums due as a deposit (3% if the contract holder is a small or medium-sized enterprise mentioned in article R2151-13 of the public procurement code).
