Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open to all potential Tenderers having the following minimum level of eligibility:(a) A satisfactory completion of Warehouse/Store/Godown construction/maintenance works or Similar works of at least Tk 67 (Sixty Seven) Lakh under a single contract as a prime contractor in Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous organization within the last 5 years & a satisfactory completion of Installation/extension of Fire fighting system works of at least Tk 20 (Twenty) Lakh under a single contract as a prime contractor in Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous organization within the last 5 years.; Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. The Tenderers shall have to submit their Experience certificates containing detail address, e-mail & contact numer of the concerned Procuring Entity ( Not below the rank of Executive Engineer).(b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 170 (One Hundread & Seventy) Lakh over the period of best 3 (Three) years in the last 5 (Five) years.(c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or Credit Facilities shall be Tk 50 (Fifty) Lakh .(d) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 90 (Ninety) Lakh.(f) Other Terms and Conditions as Stated in the Tender Document.
