Targowa 19 in Krzepice, plot no. 817/10. Scope of work: 1) demolition of the existing concrete block floor and laying a new concrete block floor, 2) dismantling steel gates and doors with the installation of new joinery, 3) dismantling windows with the installation of new joinery and window sills, together with replacing the steel grates protecting the windows from the market square, 4) bricking up the existing alcoves inside the rooms, 5) installing air vents, 6) replenishing plasters on internal and external walls with painting the walls, 7) painting ceilings, 8) replacing gutters and roof downpipes, 9) replacing the lightning protection system, 10) constructing a new electrical installation. The detailed scope of work is included in the attached technical documentation of the renovation. For acceptance, acceptance documentation must be presented, including technical data sheets of the materials used, warranty cards, tests of the electrical and lightning protection installations. The contractor is obliged to ensure that the works are managed by persons having the appropriate construction qualifications. The lump sum remuneration is payable once.
