Ladies and Gentlemen, On behalf of the Ash Management Plant in Janikowo, I invite you to submit a price offer for the renovation of the façade in the security building located on the premises of the plant in Janikowo. DETAILED SCOPE OF WORKS AS part of the order execution The contractor will be obliged to perform the following works: Preparation of the facade surface for painting: thorough cleaning of the substrate, filling in any defects and cracks, securing and stabilizing the substrate by priming (and other necessary preparatory work). Preparation of other surfaces for painting: preparation and protection of accompanying elements, including the cornice top, foundation surface (aboveground part, above the ground) and other structural elements building. Painting of the facade: painting the facade surface twice (or in accordance with construction practice to obtain full coverage) in a color agreed directly with the Client before starting the work. Painting the remaining elements: painting previously prepared accompanying elements (cornices, foundations, cladding, etc.). Preparatory and finishing works: securing the work area, and after completing the work - full cleaning of the area around the building and disposal on our own and at own cost of all construction waste generated in accordance with applicable environmental protection law.
