Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works for the investment project entitled Renovation of the façade of the historic granary in Brzez. It is a historic granary building, located on a plot with registration number 1001/34 in the town of Brzza, Brzza district, Gowaczw commune. The scope of the construction project concerns the renovation of the building in terms of internal and external plasters, cornices and architectural details of the walls of the facility in question. All construction works under this order must be performed in accordance with project documentation. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the documentation attached to this SWZ: Design documentation, Bill of Quantities, 2. Moreover, under this order, the Contractor is obliged to to: provide a minimum 36-month quality warranty for the construction works performed and construction materials and products used to complete the order, prepare documentation of the as-built geodetic inventory and submit it to the Ordering Party after the completion of the works construction, . the subject of the order must be made of new building materials, for which the Contractor will provide a certificate...
