Tender Details

The subject of the order is the performance of construction and conservation works for the purpose of implementing an investment consisting in the renovation of the facade of the building at ul. Karola Miarki 27 in Kamienna Gra, including replacement of window joinery. The building is located on a plot according to: land register no. 60, precinct 6 of the city of Kamienna Gra. The subject of the order also includes the development of a program of conservation works in the field of repair of stone elements (elements of the architectural design of the front façade, plinths), by an authorized stone conservator. The task is co-financed by the Marshal's Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship as part of a subsidy granted for conservation, restoration or construction works on monuments entered in the register of monuments located in the area Lower Silesian Voivodeship for 2026. The project entitled Renovation of a historic tenement house from the 17th century at ul. Karola Miarki 27 in Kamienna Grze.
