Tender Details

1. The subject is the execution of construction works in the design and build mode, consisting in the renovation of the external sewage system for the building of the Regional Branch of the NBP Facility in Szczecin at ul. pk T.A. Starzyskiego 1, in accordance with the Design provisions of the contract and the Functional and Utility Program (FFU) (Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ), hereinafter referred to as the Works.2. The subject of the order will be implemented by the Contractor in 2 stages: 1) Stage I, development of executive documentation along with the transfer of copyright to Executive documentation in the scope and on the terms specified in 11 Draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ;2) Stage II: a) execution of the Works on the basis of the approved and received Executive Documentation together with supervision copyright, after obtaining any required construction permit or notification of works, b) preparation of as-built Documentation together with the transfer of copyright to the As-Built Documentation to the extent and under the terms specified in 11 The draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ, c) granting a guarantee and warranty on the terms set out in 6 Draft provisions...
