Renovation of the energy system of the PLANET I ship. 1. The subject of the order is the renovation of the energy system of the PLANET I ship. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 2. Pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Act of September 11, 2019. Public Procurement Law The Contractor will employ, under an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, persons performing activities related to the work covered by the subject of the contract, including: persons performing assembly work electrical installations, automation and monitoring systems on ships. Detailed requirements for the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement under an employment contract are specified in the contract template constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
