Brief description of the procurement: Elering AS (Elering) is renovating the relay protection and automation equipment in the Endla 110kV substation. Endla substation is located in Harju county, Tallinn city, Tulika tn 37, cadastral code 78401:101:6608. Renovation is carried out using the "turnkey" method. Turnkey means that all devices included in the scope of the project (part of the relay protection devices are provided by the Customer) are delivered together with the necessary design work, installed, configured, checked, etc. and is finally handed over to the Customer in energized form. All equipment delivered or handed over by the Customer must also be installed and put into operation by the Contractor. Acquaintance with the procurement object is mandatory, the introduction of the Endla substation object will take place on 18.05.2026 at 13.00-14.00.
