3) A detailed description of the subject of the order, the description required by the Ordering Party in terms of implementation and acceptance is specified in: - Appendix No. 1 to SWZ Functional and Utility Program, 1. The Contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex No. 6. 2. The Contractor is obliged to return the indicated installation elements from disassembly to the Ordering Party.3. The Contractor will return the dismantled materials indicated by the Ordering Party to the indicated workshop address, Plac Paderewskiego 1a.4. Ordering party allows including in the offer and then using materials and devices other than those specified in the Functional and Utility Program, provided that parameters are not worse than those specified in this documentation. In such a situation, the Ordering Party requires the submission of appropriate documents authenticating these materials and devices. If the use of other materials or devices requires changes to the technical documentation, the redesign costs will be borne by the Contractor.5.
