1. The Batangas State University, through the Modified Disbursement System Fund (MDS) GAA FY 2022 & Supplemental Budget FY 2022 intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Sixty-One Thousand Five Hundred Seventy pesos (Php 14, 061, 570.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Renovation of Do Juan Palacios Building in Batangas State University Pablo Borbon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2. The Batangas State University, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Thirty-Five (135) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
