I. Description of the subject of the order for the task titled Remont drogi powiatowej nr 1430D na odcinku od Milicza do miejscowoci Duchowo, gmina Milicz, d. odc. 1, 687 km.Szczegowy opis przedmiotu zamwienia zawiera Dokumentacja techniczna/projektowa, stanowica Opis Przedmiotu OPZ orders, which include: construction and executive design with drawing parts, offer cost estimate, bill of quantities, detailed technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works - constituting Annex No. 1 to this SWZ. Technical/design documentation contains a detailed description of the subject of the order, constitutes an integral part of this ToR and should be read.1) The price of the offer should include the costs related to the design of marking and securing the works for the duration of the works.2) The works should be performed in accordance with the technical/design documentation attached to the SWZ, Technical Specifications and other requirements specified in detail in Annex No. 1 to this SWZ, i.e. in the technical/design documentation (OPZ).3) The Ordering Party requires submission of the offer bid cost estimate, based on which the total value of the task will be estimated, under pain of rejection...
