4. Repainting of Ceiling and Wall
5. Installation of Ceiling
6. Electrical Works and Installation of Emergency Lights

8. Supply and Installation of Toli Vinyl Tiles including Floor Preparation Works

GENERAL SPECIFICATION
A. BOARD UP
- Tarpaulin size: 14m x 2.4m (Gate 1) 12m x2.4m (Gate 16)
- Use A1/4 x 4- x 8- ordinary plywood with tarpaulin design as provided by the owner
- Use 2- x 3- metal stud frame
- Install PVC access door
B. FLOOR FINISHES
- Use 3mm x 150mm x 900mm vinyl wood planks as per plan tile pattern.
- Apply self-leveling compound
C. CEILING WORKS
- Use 9mm 4- x8- gypsum board
- Use 1- x 2- double metal furring and carrying channel
- Use 3/8- diameter threaded rod hanger
D. PAINTING WORKS
- Use Gypsum putty for preparation of ceiling and wall
- Use Flat Latex paint, 3 coats, Boysen
