Renovation of the CSS Pod Karpatmi building in Pezinek Description: The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction works within the framework of the renovation of the Center of Social Services Pod Karptami in Pezinek, aimed at improving the energy efficiency of the facility with the use of renewable resources energy and to reduce the production of greenhouse gas emissions according to the project documentation and contractual conditions. Part of the renovation of the facility is also the debarrierization of the entrances due to the necessity of adaptation for the movement of persons with limited mobility and orientation. The renovation includes works on building objects: SO.01 Center of social services Under the KarpatmiSO.03 Water management building The subject of the contract includes insulation of the perimeter plastic, plinth part of the building, elimination of thermal bridges, new waterproofing of roofs on the building (resistant to UV radiation with a lifespan of more than 25 years), complex reconstruction of the loggia (with insulation and new waterproofing), including new handrails, complete replacement of all opening structures on the facade, installation of shading technology and shading elements, construction of guttering, replacement of rain gutters, construction of an infiltration system, debarriering of entrances to the building, new lightning rod system, complete replacement of plug and light wiring, installation of LED lighting, expansion and modification of the electrical fire alarm system, replacement of water distribution to individual footboards and replacement of the footboards themselves, solution of fire water distribution including the installation of a hose reel system, installation of solar collectors (incl. functional connection to the existing DHW tank in the boiler room), complete replacement of heating distributions and heating elements, hydraulic regulation of the heating system, installation of thermoregulating va...
