1. The subject of the order is the renovation of the road surface of district roads in the area administered by the District Roads Authority in Gliwice with hot mineral-bituminous mass in accordance with the attached technical specifications (SST, Annex No. 3 to the contract). and a description of the renovation technology (Appendix No. 2 to the contract). The above documents also define the subject of the order, its characteristics and the method of execution.2. The construction site will be handed over within 3 business days from the date of signing the Agreement, during which the Ordering Party will indicate to the Contractor specific places where the order will be carried out along with the scope. 3.
