1) The subject of the order is the performance of construction works for the Ordering Party consisting in renovation and modernization works in the village community center in Boejewice. The Contractor's obligation will also be to fulfill the obligations on behalf of the Ordering Party all administrative procedures enabling the use of the facilities after the work has been completed.2) A detailed description of the subject of the order and its scope are specified in the technical documentation, including: project documentation, including: technical specifications of execution and acceptance of construction works, bills of quantities, industry agreements, administrative decisions (including building permits), which documents should be considered together. The contractor is obliged to perform all activities and construction works resulting from the above. documents.3) Design documentation (including drawings, the descriptive part of the documentation), bill of quantities, STWiORB, industry agreements and obtained administrative decisions and consents are mutually complementary documents.
