1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task entitled: Renovation of the Chaupki Bohumin border bridge implemented under Project No. CZ.11.03.01/00/24_016/0000232 entitled The Stary Bogumin Chaupki Bridge on the Odra River is co-financed by the European Fund Regional Development under the Interreg Czech Republic Poland 2021-2027 Program; PRIORITY 3 TRANSPORT, Objective 3.1 Increasing cross-border mobility on the Czech-Polish border, including the implementation of all works described in the documentation: designs, specifications technical execution and acceptance of works, as well as in the bills of quantities that are necessary from a technical point of view for the proper performance and commissioning of the task in question.2. The existing facility is a road border bridge located along communication street Bogumiska in the town of Chaupki, Krzyanowice commune. The road bridge crosses a natural obstacle, such as the Odra River and the area between it. The facility or the towns of Chaupki (on the Polish side) and Stary Bohumin (on the Czech side).
