1. The subject of the order is the renovation of ceilings above the basement level in the building at ul. Modelarska 9 in Katowice.2. The works will include in particular: 1) demolition of concrete ceilings above the basement 2) demolition of partition walls in the basement and on the ground floor 3) dismantling of installations heating, water, sanitary and electrical installations with accessories 4) construction of new ceilings over the basement with new thermal insulation 5) construction of floors on the ground floor 6) construction of a new electrical installation in the basement 7) replacement of internal joinery in the basement NOTE: The Ordering Party informs that for the purposes of this procedure, the design documentation constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ is binding on the Contractor only in the following scope: A.
