Tender Details

1. The subject of the study is the renovation of a car repair shop at ul. Access in Poznań, comprehensive modernization of the facility, including renovation of the social and sanitary facilities, renovation of the electrical installation and replacement of entrance gates along with adaptation driveway to meet the needs of the rolling stock.2. The scope of work will include: - replacement of workshop entrance gates, - construction of a concrete driveway, - renovation of social and sanitary rooms, - transport of scrap, debris and dismantled elements by a box truck, - replacement lighting fixtures in the workshop, - sanitary, water and sewage works.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the scope of works includes: Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works (STWiOR), cost estimates (blind) and the draft contract constituting annexes to the SWZ.
