The public procurement in question within the framework of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (NOO) belongs to Development area: Smart, sustainable and inclusive growth, Component 4: Sustainable development of Slovenian tourism, including cultural heritage (C3 K4), Measure: Sustainable restoration and revitalization of cultural heritage and publice cultural infrastructure and the integration of cultural experiences into Slovenian tourism (C3.K11.ID) and is financed from the funds of the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism, the budget of the European Union - NextGenerationEU, the NOO fund as EU financial support, and the budget of the municipality Project Obnovation objektu Stara železaris part of the long-standing activities of the Municipality of Ravna na Carinthia and the Carinthian Provincial Museum, Ravna na Carinthia unit, to arrange the area of ​​the Old Ironworks (EŠD 7752), which has been declared a monument of local importance and represents the oldest part of the Ravna ironworks. The area was handed over to ŽelezarnaThe municipality of Ravne in Carinthia, and it is managed by the Carinthian Provincial Museum. The location in question is located in the center of the city, right next to the roundabout, which connects to the regional road Dravograd - Prevalje. It lies within the industrial area of ​​the SIJ Metal Ravne d.o.o. factory. Access to it is through the factory entrancean area with a gatehouse and is separated from the rest of the industrial area by an additional fence. As part of the ironworks area, the area is characterized by its attachment to the ironworks itself on the one hand, while on the other hand the area is directly connected to the center of the town with the municipal building and the city center along the central krthe place. The address of the intervention area is Koroška cesta 12, Ravne na Koroškem. The area under consideration consists of the Personnel facilities, which currently houses the premises of the Carinthia Regional Museum's Ravenna unit with offices for curators and restoration workshops. The Personnel facility is only partially renovated and noaka a complete renovation in the future. In this project, we are dealing with the Krčilna kovačnica (A) and Laboratory (B) buildings, as well as the external arrangement (C). The sets are marked with letters, which are then also used in the design of further descriptions and marking of sets of plans. The goal of JN is the regulation of the area and thethe expansion of the museum's activities, which now takes place on a reduced scale in the Krčilna forge and in the partially arranged Personnel. In the Krčilna kovačnica (A), interventions are planned in the western exhibition area and partly in the eastern one, where a convenient kitchen with storage room and the area of ​​the abandoned switchboard with ooriginal tour equipment. on the exterior, measures are planned to remove moisture - drainage around the entire perimeter, rehabilitation of sagging roofs and arrangement of the entrance facade: plaster painting. Laboratory (B) has been empty since the abandonment of the original programs, partially serving as a depot, and with this renovationit fully acquires museum use. It will contain restoration workshops, a reading room and a multipurpose room, as well as utility rooms and toilets. The external arrangement (C) connects all three key buildings together with the museum forge, which was arranged in an auxiliary building in the central courtyard - a square surrounded byall three facilities - in the west Personnel, in the south the Laboratory and in the east Krčilna kovačnica. Towards the north, the area is open towards the church of St. Antona, but bounded by the existing parking lots, the access road to the ironworks and the fence that borders the entire area of ​​the ironworks. Existing situation discussedga area is in relatively good condition as part of an already functioning museum area, maintenance is generally sufficient, with good potential for improvement. For the adequate development of the museum activity, in accordance with the modern principles and potentials of the area, there is an urgent need for rearrangement and, above all, the removal of the parkingyes from the central part. Relation to the existing: All interventions are designed in such a way as to preserve the integrity and authenticity of the space as much as possible. KRČILNA KOVAČNICA (A) Description: In order to ensure the improvement of the implementation of existing and the implementation of additional museum programs, work will be carried out in Krčilna kovačnicaand the following works: Exterior: The following interventions are planned for the exterior of the Shrink Forge: • drainage along all four sides of the building; • remediation of waterlogging in the gutters; • repainting the plaster of the eastern facade - wherever there is no visible facade brick and AB construction; • implementation of fire doorson the east side. Interior: The new interventions complement the existing museum function with the arrangement of the central exhibition hall on the west side and the presentation of the press and the arrangement of the auxiliary kitchen on the east side. Eastern part: In the eastern part, the project envisages intervention in two roomsh: In the auxiliary kitchen; it already has a heating substation. In the museum switchboard, a space will be arranged for receiving visitors and viewing exhibits. Western part: The starting point of the design in this part of the building is minimal interference and maximum preservation of the integrity and authenticity of the space. In it remained prthe main part of the existing equipment, which will be included in the new museum exhibition. In the past, many museum exhibits such as a rapier, elevators, a poodle, several industrial hammers and other equipment have been installed in the space. Most of the equipment remains in the room and is arranged in accordance with the museological conceptom, which will be processed in a special project that is not part of this PZI. In the western part, it will first and foremost be necessary to ensure adequate closing/sealing of the building and remediation of moisture. Some of these works were already carried out during the previous renovation, but they were insufficient, so it is necessary to make sure before further interventionsthere are suitable conditions for setting up a permanent exhibition. The central intervention will be the installation of a prefabricated floor steel structure, which will allow unhindered viewing of the exhibition even for the physically challenged, and will direct the viewing of the exhibition for everyone. In the floor construction, there will be a distribution of electrical and other wiring for the museum sectiontavo (AV), and for lighting the exhibition. Basic lighting will be provided by additional lights installed on the ceiling or roof structure and supports. The prefabricated floor structure is reversible, which means that it can be removed in the future without interfering with the heritage.
