Subject: Renovation of the laundry building 1. Description: The subject of the order is the renovation of the laundry building in the scope of: renovation of the roof and facade. The settlement of the subject of the order is a lump sum. The contractor prepares the calculation based on these descriptions, requirements and bills of quantities. robt. The Investor will provide some of the building materials for the work. The Investor's list of construction materials is detailed in the application. No. 11 to SWZ. The remaining construction material necessary to perform the works should be included by the Contractor in his offer. Scope of work :- demolition works of roofing, masonry processing, - assessment of roof surfaces with attics, - roof cladding with steel sheets, installation of gutters, sheet metal processing, - supplementing floors with ceramic tiles, - cladding ceilings with waterproof plasterboard boards, - painting silicate paints for internal surfaces, - facade: gluing polystyrene boards, applying a reinforcing layer, plastering, - other construction works resulting from the bill of quantities, descriptions, requirements and other construction works necessary to perform tasks within the scope of the Contractor.
