Tender Details

1) The subject of the order is the performance of construction works as part of the task titled: Renovation of the building of the School Complex No. 1. priest Czesław Lissowski in Rypin. 2) This order covers the execution of only part II (separated in the attached design documentation), section the scope of which includes: a) replacement of the existing wooden door joinery with door joinery with a hollow core board filling, b) replacement of internal window sills in some classrooms of the school building, c) replacement of radiators in some classrooms, d) repair of seals in some windows in the junction of the window and the walls, e) painting the walls/frames after replacing the window sills, f) painting the classroom located in the basement, g) implementing gravity ventilation in two rooms of the basement, h) modernizing the electrical installation in part of the building.2. Detailed the description of the subject of the order is Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Design Documentation, described in the documentation as Part II. Note! The scope of the order not covered by this procedure has been crossed out in the attached design documentation in the descriptive part and does not include works related to the modernization of the gymnasium.
