1. The subject of the order is the renovation of the building of the School Complex in Gdów.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in: a) the bill of quantities, Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ, b) Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ, c) Design documentation, Annex No. 9 to the SWZ.W/w documentation is an annex to the SWZ and is available on the procedure website: https://ezamowienia.gov.pl/mp-client/tenders/ocds-148610-3b952fbf-3fd6-41f1-aa00-6ac2177bd42e 3. The contractor is obliged to will perform the full scope of work that is necessary from the point of view of the documentation attached to the SWZ, legal provisions, technical knowledge and construction skills, to achieve the final effect specified by the subject of the order, i.e. will complete the task regardless of unforeseen circumstances that may occur during implementation.4.
