Tender Details

1. The subject of the order are construction works consisting in the renovation of a building located in Kalisz at ul. Fabryczna 13-15 (plot no. 6/8 and 7/4 within the geodetic area 035 rdmiecie II), based on the documents specified in point 4.5 of SWZ.2. The material scope covered by these proceedings includes construction works related to the renovation of rooms located in the basement of the building and includes in particular: 1) demolition and dismantling works; 2) construction of partition walls from plasterboards - cardboard;3) mechanical ventilation;4) replacement of cut-off flaps in ventilation ducts;5) repairs, cleaning and painting of steel and steel/concrete doors;6) replacement of interior doors;7) construction of technical doors in the ventilation duct;8) replacing the emergency grate;9) covering floors and walls with stoneware tiles;10) cleaning and coating concrete and stoneware floors with epoxy resins;11) installing new floors in rooms;12) cleaning walls and ceilings from old coatings painting;13) chipping and repairing damaged plaster;14) painting walls and ceilings with emulsion paints;15) cleaning and unclogging...
