Tender Details

A quarter of the property has a sub-basement, basement, ground floor, first floor and partially attic and attic. The workshop space located on the basement level has two floors. The furniture will also be designed in such a way thaty can function as a library or as a meeting room/lecture room as needed. This space is shared by a warehouse/publication library and the mechanical room. The basement level can be accessed from the basement. Offices will be created on the basement level with a kitchenette.

The easta guest apartment will be located in the wing, and we have planned a changing room with a shower for employees arriving by bicycle. The rooms required for building operation, as well as the water blocks belonging to the ground-floor lecture hall, will also be located on this level.

The lecture hall and its additional rooms (thetable/chair storage, preparation room) will be created on the ground floor in the western block. Through the main entrance to the lobby, from there through the passers-by to the salon. From here you can approach the lecture hall and the ornamental terrace facing the courtyard. There are offices and a water block in the eastern blockcompleted with coke.

The top floor is where the managers (CEO, president, deputy directors, middle management offices) are located with their corresponding secretariat.

Most of the attic space is occupied by mechanical engineering, next to it is the podcast room and a non-permanent office.
