RENOVATION OF THE BUILDING FOR EXTRA-SCHOOL WORK, THE ELEVATION AND OTHER EXTERNAL ELEMENTS, were carried out by persons employed by the Contractor or Subcontractor under an employment contract. The Contractor is obliged to submit to the Ordering Party the Contractor's declaration or Subcontractors employing persons performing the activities indicated above on the basis of an employment contract. The declaration should contain information, including personal data, necessary to verify employment under an employment contract, in particular the name and surname of the employee. employee, date of conclusion of the employment contract, type of employment contract and scope of the employee's duties. The Contractor shall submit the first declaration without waiting for the Ordering Party's request within 3 calendar days from the date of handing over the construction site, the subsequent declarations within 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of the request. Failure to submit the required documents referred to above will be considered by the Ordering Party as evasion of the obligation to employ persons under an employment contract and will result in the imposition of sanctions. provided for in the Template Agreement.
