The subject of the order are construction works called: Renovation of bridge structures along district roads, divided into 3 parts: 1) Part 1: Renovation of the bridge structure along DP 1432 S at km 0+056 in Cicin.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in: 1) For your honor order No. 1 Description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 4a to SWZ, including bill of quantities, scope of renovation works and photo documentation of the facility.3. The ordering party requires manual workers assigned by the contractor or subcontractor to perform the work activities: construction works falling within the scope of the subject of the contract, were employed on the basis of an employment relationship.4. The Ordering Party, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 99 section 5 and art. 101 section 4 of the Act, allows equivalent solutions for works, materials and systems that meet applicable standards and requirements.
