Scope of works:
1. Supply of labor and materials for the wall insulation using PVC wall
panel (refer to design)
2. Rehabilitation of Conference Room ceiling (conversion from caustic
panel to modern ceiling with cove lights and modern lighting). Refer to the design
3. Conversion of existing jalousie window into a window glass panel
with awning type window in the middle (refer to design)
4. Provision of window blinds for lobby and conference room area (refer to design)
5. Supply of conference table (1 set), conference chairs (12 pcs) and lounge sofa (1 set)
6. Installation of carpet floor mats to the whole BOD Conference Room area
(lobby and conference room)
7. Additional wall electrical outlets inside the conference room (at least 6 pcs
2 gang universal wall outlet) and for lobby (at least 2 pcs 2-gang universal wall outlet)
8. Paint retouch inside the BOD Conference Room.
