Tender Details

The works contract concerns the renovation and reorganization, in two phases (one boarding school and then the other), of the boarding schools of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of ULiège, located on level -1 of buildings B41 and B42. The works contract is divided into 7 lots as follows: - LOT 1: Demolitions and structural work - LOT 2: Aluminum carpentry - LOT 3: Tiling - LOT 4: Wood carpentry - LOT 5: Finishings (painting, partitions, flexible coverings) - LOT 6: Electricity (general electricity, access control, fire) - LOT 7: HVAC (heating, sanitary, ventilation). The coordination of the lots is ensured by the Real Estate Resources Administration of ULiège, with the support of the special techniques design office DFT for the two lots relating to the special techniques. The planning permit was granted on July 17, 2024.
