Detailed description of the subject of the order specify: 1) Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, bill of quantities and Annex No. 4 entitled: Determining the type and scope of basic construction works as well as the conditions and exact location of their execution 2) proposed provisions of the contract along with with attachments.
