Brief description of the subject of the order: Renovation of 4 bathrooms located in rooms no. 3, 4, 12, 13, in the Addiction Treatment Department I located at ul. Migielska 53 in Kocian, which belongs to the Greater Poland Neuropsychiatric Center. Oskar Bielawski in Kocian. Detailed description of the subject of the order, the description of the Employer's requirements regarding implementation and acceptance is specified in: - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - scope of work, - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - photos and drawings, - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ Technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB), 1. The contractor is obliged to complete the order in accordance with the following rules: iconditions described in the contract template constituting Annex No. 8. 2. The Ordering Party allows including in the offer and then using materials and devices other than those specified in the design documentation, provided that parameters are not worse than those specified in this documentation. In such a situation, the Ordering Partyrequires the submission of appropriate documents authenticating these materials and devices. If the use of other materials or devices requires changes to the design documentation, the redesign costs will be borne by the contractor.3.
