Description : 1. The Brgy. Mongol-Bongol, Daram, Samar, through the 20% Development Fund-2025 intends to apply the sum of Seventy-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Fifteen Pesos only (P79, 615.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Renovation of Barangay Multi-Purpose Hall, Brgy. Mongol-Bongol, Daram, Samar, INFRA 2026-03.3 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Brgy. Mongol-Bongol, Daram, Samar now invites bids for Renovation of Barangay Mutli-Purpose Hall, Brgy. Mongol-Bongol, Daram, Samar. Completion of the Works is required within 15 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
