Barangay Kawit, Pagadian City
1. The Barangay Kawit, through the Barangay funds for the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for “RENOVATION OF BARANGAY GYM”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
2. The Barangay Kawit now invites Bids for “RENOVATION OF BARANGAY GYM” at Barangay Kawit, Pagadian City. Completion of the works is required Thirty (30) Calendar Days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have Completed within Five (5) Years from the date of Submission and receipt of Bids, a Contract similar to the Subproject. The Description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in section II.
