1) The MUNICIPALITY OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE through the 2026 20% DF intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP2, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for RENOVATION AND UPGRADING OF LIBERTAD MP HALL TO A 2-STOREY BUILDING-PHASE 2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE now invites bids for Renovation and Upgrading of Libertad MP Hall to a 2-Storey Building-Phase 2. Completion of the Works is required within 78 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
