The assignment includes a complete study assignment for the renovation and repurposing of the Tide Mill in Rupelmonde on behalf of Tourism Flanders to make the story of Mercator and the Scheldt Valley even better known. This assignment was done by architectural and research practice RE-ST conducted a repurposing study. 4 scenarios were developed for the Tide Mill, from which 1 preferred scenario was chosen by Toerisme Vlaanderen. In parallel with the analysis and scenario research of the site, Endeavor was appointed for a participation process with the stakeholders involved.
