The renovation and reconstruction work of the Center de Gap college consist:
- asbestos removal and demolition of dilapidated and unsuitable buildings (around 700 m2)
- Light restructuring in the High school (700 m2)
- Heavy Restructuring College and Greta (2, 000 m2)
- New construction (2, 300 m2)
- Rehabilitation outdoor spaces (5, 500 m2)
- structural rehabilitation, thermal envelope and networks
- PMR standards
The contract includes optional slices defined in the loads.
Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution.
