The subject of the order is: Renovation and modernization of bioreactors for biological processing of biodegradable waste separated in the process of mechanical processing of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and processing (composting) selectively collected green waste and other bio-waste.1. The Ordering Party requires the submission of an Offer after the Contractors have carried out an on-site visit to the Ordering Party's premises, where the installation of the devices covered by the order will take place, in order to obtain all data that may be useful for preparing the offer and implementing the subject of the contract.2. The inspection will be carried out in consultation with persons indicated by the Ordering Party.3. Due to the obligatory nature of the on-site visit, the offer was submitted without taking place a site visit is subject to rejection pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 18 of the Public Procurement Law. An on-site visit will be carried out at the Ordering Party's headquarters (ul. Tarnowska 120, 33-300 Nowy Scz).4. The site visit will take place on April 22, 2026 at 08:00 12:00.
