Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the modernization of basement rooms in the building of Primary School No. 3 at ul. Letnia 1 in Wgrowiec, on plots no. 248/5 and 251/1, in order to organize places for the summer shelter (MDS) for approximately 290 people. 2. The scope of the works includes in particular: 1) demolition works (partition walls, floors, cladding, installations), 2) removal of any collisions encountered during the works, which could be determined on the basis of the documentation technical constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ or during a site visit that the contractor may carry out (failure to carry out a site visit does not release the contractor from the obligation to remove the conflict at the contractor's expense) 3) removal and disposal of rubble, 4) construction of new concrete floors, 5) self-leveling screeds and floors made of anti-slip stoneware tiles, 6) execution of internal plasters (cement-lime, gypsum, renovation) and gypsum plasters, 7) facing walls with ceramic tiles, 8) installation of joinery internal door (slab doors, steel doors of EI60 class, glazed aluminum doors on the escape route), 9) installation of door frames...
