The project involves the demolition of the cladding currently in place and the installation of a new insulated cladding to improve the energy performance of the building. The building is composed of a main body (R+6) with 2 lower side wings (R+3). It is adjoining on 2 sides: the SOUTH side facade and the NORTH side facade. The facing materials selected are inspired by other buildings on the street: - The base is made of architectural concrete; - The main body is made of facing brick on all four facades; - The side wings are made of mineral facing panels on insulation; - The Hennuyères roof is preserved and insulated; - All exterior joinery is replaced. Adaptations Light fixtures are also planned in the kitchen area of the apartments due to the removal of the current balconies. Concerning special techniques, some radiators will be moved due to work to close the balconies and certain toilets will be fed by rainwater. The surrounding areas will also have to be modified due to the integration of an integrated water management system on the plot. A demolition plan, architectural and stability plans are attached in the documents folder graphics. The work will be carried out on an occupied site.
