This file concerns the renovation of public lighting installations in the territory of Rennes Métropole and more precisely in the North-West Sector, as well as the associated work services. It is part of a proactive approach and dynamics of Rennes Métropole with the objectives of: - Renovate an aging heritage (with a degree of heterogeneity in the territory). - Reduce environmental impacts by acting on energy consumption and pollution luminous. Renewals of installations which may concern the light point up to the cabinet (Lantern, mast, networks, and very occasionally the control cabinet) have been prioritized by integrating the following criteria: - Obsolete equipment (neon balloons, etc.) or presenting security risks, - Equipment generating light pollution (balls), - Equipment difficult to maintain (open lanterns, difficult to dismantle, etc.); installations with frequent breakdowns, etc. - Equipment falling within the framework of systematic renewal due to obsolescence (lanterns and masts), - The most energy-consuming equipment, - Installation requiring adaptations in coordination with road renovations. Each lot will be subject of a separate attribution. Services are regulated by unit prices.
